These Terms of Service govern authorized use of CBFC App Services and its QuickBooks Online integration.

‍ ‍Authorized use

CBFC App Services is a private service. Access is limited to users and QuickBooks Online companies authorized by CBFC.

You must use the service only for authorized business purposes, provide accurate information, and comply with

applicable law.

‍ ‍QuickBooks Online connection

CBFC connects to QuickBooks Online only after you authorize the connection through Intuit. You are responsible for

ensuring that you have authority to connect the QuickBooks Online company and authorize access to its data.

You may disconnect CBFC at any time through QuickBooks Online. Disconnecting revokes CBFC’s access to your QuickBooks

Online company.

Third-party services

QuickBooks Online is provided by Intuit. CBFC relies on third-party services, including Intuit, Amazon Web Services,

Neon, and Squarespace, to operate parts of the service. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms

and policies.

Availability and changes

CBFC may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service as needed for maintenance, security, or

operational reasons.
